Croydon is undergoing a major transformation. The Borough is already the second largest shopping centre in the South East and the capital’s third largest business centre.

A total of £3.5 billion worth of private and public investment is expected to be committed to the town in the next five years, establishing it as a hub for economic growth and one of the UK’s fastest growing, exciting commercial and retail destinations.

Westfield and Hammerson will be investing £1 billion to transform the heart of Croydon into a 1.5m sq ft state-of-the-art retail, leisure and restaurant destination, together with new public realm, car parking and residential accommodation. Work is expected to start on site in 2015.

Croydon town centre already offers a wide range of retailing and amenities, including a Waitrose supermarket, countless coffee shops, excellent high street shopping on North End - and a dedicated restaurant quarter in South End, home of the annual Croydon Food Festival.

In addition, the recent opening of BOXPARK on Dingwall Road has delivered a fantastic new range of contemporary eating and drinking only a few minutes’ walk from Interchange, including Meat Liquor, Bao Bao, Bukowski Grill and The Breakfast Club.

Your business and its employees can find everything they need in Croydon; before, during and after the working day.
